Ten Things to be Thankful For - Day One

Starting with my Top Ten!
1. My incredible husband, always first and foremost, because of his constant love, support, understanding and awareness. He helps me to grow and allows me to help him in the same way. And he can always make me laugh at exactly the right moment.
2. My mom, because she has always been there for me and makes sure I know how much she loves me and supports me always.
3. Our beautiful home because it makes us feel safe, strong, peaceful and energized.
4. Our pretty kitty, because of her unconditional love, devoted companionship and healing energy.
5. My car because it is comfortable, dependable, safe and fun.
6. My soft, warm bed because it provides me restorative sleep each night.
7. My sharp mind because I enjoy finding answers to problems and the feeling when others look to me for information and solutions.
8. My strong body because it allows me to move freely and easily through this world.
9. Our friends because they support us, enjoy us, entertain us and share their lives and energy with us.
10. The gods because they guide us in our lives, inspire us to reach our full potential and make their presence known to us each day, filling us with joy, laughter, awe and love.

The Secret, The Magic and more on gratitude

While I have continued with my daily gratitude on my Facebook page, I'm now going to use my blog to chronicle our work with the Law of Attraction. We watched the movie 'The Secret' a few weeks ago, and we are focusing our energy on bringing good things into our lives, using gratitude for what we already have and visualizing the happiness we will feel when we achieve our goals. I downloaded the book 'The Magic' to my Kindle, and we are starting a 28 day exercise in gratitude, specifically designed to attract more of what we want in our lives. I'll be posting 10 things each day that I am grateful for, as well as my observations of how our lives change as we move forward with this philosophy. I'm excited to see what the future brings!
