1. I am thankful for Duran Duran because their synth pop epitomizes the 80s for me, and because I will always have a crush on Simon LeBon.
2. I am thankful for The Beatles because their timeless songs span generations and are just as powerful today as they were 45 years ago.
3. I am thankful for The Rolling Stones because I have grown to love their raunchy rock and roll, and they are Greg's favorite band.
4. I am thankful for Andrew Lloyd Webber because The Phantom of The Opera gives me absolute chills.
5. I am thankful for David Cook because his genuine heart and soul come out in his music and he's simply the greatest guy you could ever hope to meet.
6. I am thankful for John Williams because his soundtracks are a complete character in so many of my favorite movies.
7. I am thankful for Katy Perry because her modern bubble gum dance music makes me smile.
8. I am thankful for Sting because he wrote and performed my wedding song, Fields of Gold.
9. I am thankful for Vince Guaraldi because his simple piano-bass-drum trio instantly makes me feel like a child again with A Charlie Brown Christmas.
10. I am thankful for Django Reinhardt because his guitar brings me back to rainy nights in a Paris apartment.
